Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the Louie’s Lab Loyalty Programme (“Programme”). By participating in the Programme, customers agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
The Programme is open to customers aged 18 or over with a registered account on our website. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at our discretion.

3. Earning Points
Points may be earned through qualifying purchases and other promotional activities, including but not limited to birthday rewards, as described on our website.
Points will only be awarded on completed, paid orders and may be revoked in cases of refunds, cancellations, or suspected misuse.

Birthday Rewards
Customers may choose to provide their date of birth to receive a birthday reward. To qualify, the date of birth must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the customer’s birthday. Birthday rewards are issued at our discretion and may vary.

4. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for rewards made available on our website. Customers can choose when to redeem their points, subject to any minimum thresholds or conditions displayed at the time of redemption.
The number of points required and the rewards available may change at any time without notice.

5. Use of Rewards and Discounts
Loyalty rewards (including points redemptions, reward vouchers, or credits) cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discount codes or percentage-based promotional offers applied to the order total.

Loyalty rewards may be used alongside sale or discounted items and may also be applied where shipping discounts or offers are available.

Only one loyalty reward or promotional discount code may be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. No Cash Value
Points and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Expiry of Points
Points do not expire and will remain in the customer’s account indefinitely unless the Programme is modified or terminated in accordance with Section 9.

8. Returns & Refunds
If an order is refunded, any points earned from that order will be removed from the customer’s account.
If a reward was used on a refunded purchase, we reserve the right to deduct the equivalent value in points.

9. Programme Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme or any part of it at any time without prior notice.

10. Misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we suspect abuse of the Programme, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, manipulation of points, or breach of these Terms.

11. Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Programme, including loss of points or rewards.

12. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Continued participation in the Programme after any changes are made will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
